Outcome

Quote-to-completion stopped living in inboxes. The site, the quote, and the job board finally described the same operation.

Website redesign & creative development

One of the largest pieces of work was a full redesign of the waEV-charge site, followed by waEV-renewables so the two properties matched. Built in Squarespace with custom CSS: new sections, updated branding, SEO, custom navigation dropdowns, and new user manuals and brochures for the EV1 and EV1i chargers. Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads sat on top of the same system rather than as a separate marketing pile.

Quote-to-completion automation

The ordering process was time-intensive and easy to drop. Over three months I mapped the real journey and connected ConvertCalculator, Google Sheets, Monday.com, and Zapier so a quote could become a job without someone copying fields between tools. That cut manual workflow, reduced errors, and made the customer journey visible to the people running it.

The operation, not just the site

The work also covered charger upgrades, firmware for smart-connectivity compliance, and a more standardised quote and call-booking path. Return rates improved because the system stopped wasting time on half-complete enquiries. HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, and systems integration all sat in the same brief — which is still how I work.
